Job Description

The Project Manager will be responsible:

  • Manage mechanical construction projects (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection) from preconstruction through closeout
  • Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and forecasts
  • Coordinate with clients, general contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
  • Ensure compliance with contract documents, safety standards, and quality expectations
  • Lead project meetings, site visits, and resolve field or design-related issues
  • Oversee procurement, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and billing processes
  • Track project performance using project management software and reporting tools
  • Support the development of junior team members and contribute to company-wide best practices

The Successful Applicant

The right candidate has the following qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience managing mechanical construction projects (HVAC, plumbing, or fire protection)
  • Strong background in commercial, healthcare, life sciences, or institutional projects
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractor relationships effectively
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
  • Proficient in project management software and construction documentation
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
