Job Description

  • Oversee all MEP scopes from preconstruction through project closeout
  • Coordinate with design teams, subcontractors, and field staff to ensure system integration
  • Review drawings, specifications, and submittals for accuracy and constructability
  • Manage MEP schedules, budgets, and procurement timelines
  • Lead MEP coordination meetings and resolve technical issues proactively
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and code requirements
  • Support commissioning, testing, and turnover of MEP systems
  • Collaborate closely with the project manager and superintendent to align field execution

The Successful Applicant

  • 7-10+ years of experience managing MEP systems on large commercial projects
  • Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems
  • Experience with BIM coordination and MEP modeling tools
  • Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and scheduling software
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
