This role serves as the organization's primary MEP authority, reviewing designs, guiding operations, and driving improvements in constructability, cost efficiency, and system performance. You will support multiple projects simultaneously, provide technical expertise across all MEP/FP disciplines, and mentor teams throughout design and execution.

Job Description

  • Design and oversee the installation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in construction projects.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure systems meet project requirements.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor installation progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Provide technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve any issues during construction.
  • Prepare and review detailed technical drawings and specifications.
  • Ensure all MEP systems comply with local codes and regulations.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and cost estimates for MEP systems.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in MEP technologies.
