Job Description

  • Oversee all on-site operations from mobilization through closeout.
  • Coordinate subcontractors and manage project schedules effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and budget objectives.
  • Collaborate with project management to deliver a complex technical facility.
  • Promote a strong culture of safety and teamwork on site.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent, including large-scale commercial or data center builds
  • Proven ability to lead field operations on complex, high-value projects
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Comfortable with travel and long-term assignments
  • Committed to safety, schedule, and quality on-site
