This contractor values hard work and rapid career growth, evidenced by team members promoted within months based on performance.Job DescriptionMy client is seeking a seasoned Superintendent with substantial experience in the construction industry, particularly in MEP Projects:Oversee the MEP components of data center projects, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and schedule requirements.Collaborate with project teams to coordinate MEP systems' commissioning, startup, and integration.Manage subcontractors, ensuring all MEP work aligns with project specifications and timelines.Conduct regular inspections to verify compliance with MEP codes, industry standards, and client expectations.Maintain strong communication with project stakeholders to ensure clarity on project objectives and changes.Monitor project progress and budget, reporting regularly to senior management.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
