Job Description

  • Supervise and coordinate all MEP-related activities across construction projects, ensuring compliance with plans and specifications.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems.
  • Monitor project schedules and budgets, addressing any delays or cost overruns promptly.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety, quality, and adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Manage procurement of MEP materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery to meet project deadlines.
  • Resolve technical issues related to MEP systems in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders, providing updates on milestones and challenges.
  • Ensure proper commissioning and handover of MEP systems at project completion.
