Job Description

The MEP Superintendent will be responsible for:

  • Managing and supervising all MEP installations, ensuring compliance with project specifications and timelines.
  • Coordinating with project managers, subcontractors, and field teams to ensure seamless workflow.
  • Reviewing and approve shop drawings, submittals, and material deliveries for MEP systems.
  • Monitoring site safety practices and enforce compliance with OSHA standards.
  • Conducting quality control inspections to ensure high standards are met.
  • Providing technical support to resolve design and construction challenges.
  • Preparing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and reports for MEP systems.
  • Collaborating with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and alignment with project goals.
