Job Description

MEP Superintendent - Public Projects up to $100M - Boston, MA - Responsibilities

  • Oversee all MEP-related work on assigned projects.
  • Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Manage project schedules and budgets related to MEP systems.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to field staff and subcontractors.
  • Track project progress and resolve any on-site issues that arise.
  • Regularly update the General Superintendent on project status.

The Successful Applicant

MEP Superintendent - Public Projects up to $100M - Boston, MA - Will have

  • Strong tenure in previous roles; candidates with a history of stability in their careers are preferred.
  • Experience with public projects such as 149A, municipal, or academic work.
  • Proficiency with Procore or similar project management software.
  • Ability to work across various project sites in Massachusetts (must be based in or willing to relocate to the area).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with other teams on large-scale projects.
