Job Description

Must have experience working on NYCHA tenant in place projects.
Oversee daily construction operations to ensure projects meet timelines and budgets.
Coordinate and manage on-site subcontractors and construction personnel.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues.
Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure seamless execution of plans.
Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
Resolve any on-site challenges or conflicts promptly and professionally.

The Successful Applicant

A successful MEP Superintendent should have:

Experience running projects with heavy MEP focus.
NYCHA tenant in place project experience.
Proven experience in the construction industry, specifically in property-related projects.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Knowledge of safety regulations and quality control standards.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
Familiarity with construction software and tools is a plus.
