Job Description

  • Oversee all MEP trades in the field, ensuring work is delivered safely, on time, and to specification.
  • Coordinate closely with project managers, schedulers, and engineering teams to maintain seamless project flow.
  • Review drawings, submittals, and change orders to validate constructability and compliance.
  • Lead subcontractor meetings, resolve technical issues, and maintain consistent communication across stakeholders.
  • Enforce safety programs, quality standards, and site protocols.
  • Support commissioning, testing, and turnover activities for all MEP systems.
