They provide a range of advanced manufacturing and support services to meet complex customer needs.

Job Description

  • Develop and implement inspection and test plans for products and processes.
  • Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).
  • Manage and investigate non-conformance reports (NCRs).
  • Support internal and external audits, including ISO and customer audits.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Oversee quality documentation, including control plans and inspection records.
  • Perform supplier quality audits and manage supplier quality issues.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing processes.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and customer-specific requirements.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior quality staff.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related technical field.
  • 5+ years of experience in quality engineering or manufacturing quality roles.
  • Strong knowledge of quality systems (e.g., ISO 13485, ISO 9001) and regulatory standards.
  • Experience with root cause analysis, CAPA, and statistical process control (SPC).
  • Familiarity with GD&T, inspection methods, and precision measurement tools.
  • Hands-on experience with metrology tools and techniques (e.g., CMM, optical comparators, laser measurement systems).
  • Proficiency in reading technical drawings and specifications.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities across departments and suppliers.
