*Provide level 1 and level 2 support for end-users and IT.
*Integrate corporate and capital markets applications to the environment.
*Efficient support on trading applications.
*Coordinate with local and head office development teams to release applications in appropriate environments.
*Develop and maintain tools to enhance the end-user service level and facilitate support tasks.
*Write and update information system documentation and procedures.
*Familiar with ITIL Change/Incident/Problem management and process. Update and maintain IT incidents and production changes (eg. in ServiceNow)
*Participate in off hours support rotation and weekend key released or Disaster Recovery tests as needed
*Familiar with DevOps or DevSecOps program facilitating Continuous Integration Continuous Development (CI/CD) integrating Security scanning and remediation
