Job Description

  • Understand the Investor's Business Plan: Grasp the transaction rationale, long-term value targets, and integration planning; lead process mapping and solution development across work streams.
  • Capture and Design Requirements: Collect and track requirements from design workshops, create detailed documentation, and develop Proof of Concept designs to support business needs.
  • Support Data Migration: Assist with the migration of data essential for business processes.
  • Manage Business Performance: Understand and contribute to revenue and profitability metrics, collaborate effectively under pressure, and build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Policy and Process Management: Adhere to policies and risk management frameworks, deliver continuous improvement initiatives on time and within budget, and foster a risk management culture.

The Successful Applicant

  • Extensive Project Management Experience: Over 5 years of experience managing projects in Fund, Wealth, or Asset Management, with a focus on private assets.
  • Senior Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders across various asset classes and lead complex interactions with stakeholders and consultants.
  • Collaborative Workshop Facilitation: Skilled in conducting co-design workshops to identify unmet needs, capture business requirements, and explore solutions.
  • Change and Transformation Expertise: Extensive experience in developing and implementing project, change, and transformation frameworks while minimizing risks and disruption.
  • Relevant Qualifications and Knowledge: Tertiary qualifications in Finance, and familiarity with business analysis, project/change management, financial services, and technical skills in requirements documentation and operating model design.
