Job Description

  • Collect and organize client data and settlement history, managing a growing proprietary database.
  • Identify and solve problems, analyze important data, and apply statistical methods to develop solutions.
  • Serve as the primary contact for internal legal and analytical support, advising on findings and recommendations.
  • Develop and manage business intelligence solutions, and create and maintain documentation for firm operations.
  • Collaborate with team members to analyze business requirements, streamline operations, and maintain databases and tracking systems.

The Successful Applicant

  • Self-driven and motivated with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple requests.
  • Proficient in internet research, office programs (Word, Excel, Access, Adobe), and client management software.
  • Experienced with arbitration panels (JAMS, AAA, FINRA) and mass torts, with strong organizational skills.
  • Skilled in mathematical calculations, problem-solving, and critical thinking for analyzing data.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced team environment, with experience in handling large amounts of data and a willingness to work frequent overtime.
