Michael Page- IT Application Support

- Provide application support, including troubleshooting system failures and discrepancies, pre-emptive identification and resolution of issues and user training

- Perform system administration tasks to enable business groups within to carry out their day to day activities

- Manage data fixes and produce ad hoc data extracts/reports as required by usersStakeholder Management- Effectively deals with users to understand issues reported/requests received and deliver the appropriate solution/service

- Liaises with IT Managers, Team Leaders and colleagues regarding potential problems

- Liaises with external software vendors and service providers to resolve issues as appropriateFunctional Analysis- Manage applications are available to support critical business operations

- Provide users with functional application support throughout the business day

- Assist with testing of defect fixes and configuration changes, including the development of test plans, test cases and test logs

- Perform trend analysis on operational incidents and raise problem tickets to drive action to resolve the underlying cause
