Job Description

  • Manage multiple projects by defining scope, goals, resources, tasks and deliverables, setting deadlines, and monitoring progress.
  • Present regular progress reports, address issues, and implement changes to meet project goals, while conducting evaluations and assessments.
  • Assemble and lead project teams, manage budgets and resource allocation, and track deliverables using appropriate tools.
  • Oversee and review work of outside consultants, including task analysis and invoice approvals.
  • Stay updated on current technology and systems through self-study and professional organizations, with varying supervisory responsibilities depending on project needs.

The Successful Applicant

  • MUST HAVE RECENT LAW FIRM EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with at least 5 years in project management, including process development and execution.
  • Proven track record managing IT projects such as software implementations, infrastructure upgrades, and system integrations.
  • Knowledgeable in project management tools and techniques, with preferred experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Technically proficient in software programs like Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools, with a strong understanding of IT infrastructure and technology trends.
