Job Description

  • Provide L2/L3 technical support for IT Infrastructure (Network and Server) and End User Compute (Managed Windows Endpoint).
  • Offer escalated support to the NY Service Desk team and manage technical service delivery, incident, and problem resolution.
  • Maintain and support end-user devices across Azure/O365, AAD, Exchange Online, Intune, and Teams, with strong Group Policy and device management skills.
  • Apply networking expertise, including experience with switches, routers, firewalls, VPNs, and WAN in a medium-sized corporate environment (200+ staff).
  • Coordinate with internal IT teams and external vendors, offering on-site support and contributing to the IT strategy implementation.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in IT with relevant leadership and staff motivation skills, and qualifications including IT certifications (Microsoft, CompTIA, Cisco is a plus).
  • Extensive IT knowledge in Windows 10, MS Office 365, Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint, with skills in video conferencing support and mobile device management (Intune).
  • Proficiency in networking (LAN/WAN), network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls), and technologies like VMware ESXi, Windows Server, and Citrix Virtual Apps.
  • Experience in security technologies (Carbon Black, Forcepoint) and software deployment (SCCM, Intune), with strong incident and problem management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience supporting users at all organizational levels and being security-aware
