About Our Client

Our client is a well-established South Florida General Contractor with deep experience delivering complex multifamily and mixed-use developments. With key approvals secured and major structural milestones underway, the company is expanding its leadership team to support continued execution on one of the area's most significant projects.

Job Description



  • Oversee assigned scopes from structural through vertical build-out


  • Manage budgets, forecasting, cost controls, and financial reporting


  • Lead subcontractor buyout, coordination, and performance management


  • Drive schedule adherence in collaboration with field leadership


  • Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and documentation


  • Interface with executive leadership and ownership stakeholders


  • Ensure quality control and safety standards are upheld

The Successful Applicant



  • Approximately 10 years of construction experience


  • Proven multifamily experience on large-scale projects


  • Several years operating as a lead Project Manager


  • Strong financial acumen and cost management skills


  • Experience working on phased or complex structural builds preferred


  • Comfortable operating in a high-visibility, long-duration project environment



This role is ideal for a PM who has been successfully running work and is ready to step into a larger, more complex development with long-term stability.
