About Our Client

Our client is seeking a Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects in the DC Metro area, ranging from $20M - $150M in new construction and $1k - $20M in interiors. The ideal candidate will have experience managing complex, multi-million-dollar projects and thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. Job Description

  • Project Leadership: Manage the full project lifecycle, from preconstruction through to project closeout, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
  • Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project.
  • Budgeting & Scheduling: Develop and manage project budgets and schedules, tracking progress using construction management software.
  • Subcontractor Oversight: Coordinate and manage subcontractors, ensuring high-quality work is delivered and safety standards are maintained.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with leadership and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Problem Solving: Proactively identify and address potential issues before they impact the project, ensuring a seamless construction process.

The Successful Applicant

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field with 5-10 years of commercial construction experience.
  • Project Knowledge: Experience managing projects of varying size and scope, including new construction and interiors.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead project teams and subcontractors, delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with construction management software and a solid understanding of construction means and methods.
