Mid-Level Corporate Securities Attorney

The ideal candidate should have 4-7 years of experience in the areas of corporate securities. Attorney will handle matters independently and under senior leadership on registration statements, proxies, 10Ks, 10Qs and other securities matters. The candidate should have experience in drafting and advising in the areas of registration statements, proxies, 10Ks, 10Qs and other securities matters. The candidate should also have big law experience or other relevant transferable skills.
