About Our Client

Our client is an interior General Contractor that focuses on high-end residential projects in Brooklyn and throughout the 5 boroughs. They have their own millwork division and a trusted network of owners and architects who always keep them busy.

Job Description

Millwork Project Manager

  • Manage all aspects of residential interior construction projects from start to finish.
  • Coordinate and oversee the installation of high-end finishes, including tile, millwork, and MEP systems.
  • Collaborate with clients, designers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders.
  • General knowledge of Building and Construction codes
