• Supervise all phases of data center construction projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to maintain smooth workflows.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead and mentor on-site construction teams to achieve project goals effectively.
• Oversee procurement and delivery of materials to align with project schedules.
• Conduct regular progress meetings and provide updates to senior management.
• Resolve any technical or logistical challenges that arise during the construction process.
• Maintain detailed documentation and reports for all phases of the project.
