They are looking for a strong project manager with specific experience in mission critical and healthcare to add to their successful team.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities for a Mission Critical Construction Project Manager - Chicago, IL includeProject Planning and Scheduling: Develop detailed project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements. Create schedules, set milestones, and establish deadlines to ensure the project progresses in an organized and timely manner.Budget Management: Prepare and manage project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring that the project stays within financial constraints. Identify cost-effective solutions without compromising on quality and safety standards.Team Leadership: Assemble and lead a team of construction professionals, assigning tasks, providing guidance, and fostering collaboration. Effectively communicate project objectives, expectations, and updates to team members, subcontractors, and stakeholders.Resource Allocation: Allocate resources such as manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently.
