We're looking for a Project Executive to spearhead preconstruction, estimating, project management, and day-to-day oversight. This is an urgent need with an anticipated hire date in early to mid-February. The ideal candidate will leverage their connections across the Southeast to help establish and grow our Savannah footprint. This is a hands-on leadership position, while helping build out our presence in Savannah.
  • Assist the Sr. VP in lead the expansion of their Savannah operations.

Job Description

  • Lead preconstruction and estimating for upcoming projects.
  • Oversee project execution from planning through completion.
  • Supervise daily operations and ensure adherence to schedules and budgets.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, architects, and subcontractors.
  • Assist in staffing and developing the new Savannah office.
  • Support business development and operational initiatives as needed.
  • Occasional travel while futher developing & growing the Savannah office
  • Leverage connections within GA/ SE to assist in BD and grow footprint in market.
  • Ability to wear many hats and well versed in Project executive role, precon, estimating, Project managing, and Supervising day to day work responsibilities

The Successful Applicant

  • 8+ years of experience in commercial construction leadership roles.
  • Expertise in preconstruction, estimating, and project management.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with flexibility to take on diverse responsibilities.
  • Established network across the Southeast to support growth.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
  • Occasional travel while building footprint of Savannah office
