Our client is currently seeking a motivated Assistant Project Manager to join their growing team who is looking to grow with the business.

Job Description

  • Assist the Project Manager in coordinating all phases of construction projects, including planning, execution, and closeout.
  • Help manage project schedules, budgets, and subcontractor performance to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
  • Support procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractor services.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and meeting minutes.
  • Conduct site visits and support field teams in resolving issues to keep projects on track.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
  • Assist with permitting, inspections, and ensuring adherence to safety standards and building codes

The Successful Applicant

  • 1-3 years of experience in the construction industry (commercial or residential).
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred, but relevant experience will be considered.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with construction software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project) is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
