Along with building multifamily projects, they also develop and manage their own properties, making them a true "one-stop-shop". Description
The successful Assistant Project Manager - Multifamily Developer - Raleigh will:
- Confer with project staff to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority
- Direct and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly schedule to support and preserve the Contract Project Schedule
- Review status reports prepared by project personnel and modify schedules or plans as required
- Dictate or prepare project reports for management, client, or others
- Confer with project personnel to provide technical advice and to resolve problems
- Take part and assist with the pre-planning and conceptual phase
- Develop relationships with clients and stakeholders and maintain them moving forward
- Work with subcontractors - create and maintain positive relationships
- Assist in developing and maintaining the project schedule
The Successful Applicant
The successful Assistant Project Manager - Multifamily Developer - Raleigh will have:
- 3+ years of Project Engineer or Assistant Project Management experience
- Experience working on Multifamily construction projects
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or relevant degree
- Applicable Project Management Software experience preferred
- Developed thorough understanding of corporate and industry practices, processes, standards, etc. and their impact on project success
- Maintains good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with anyone from clients to subcontractors
- Must be a business-oriented person and act professionally when representing the employer at any level

- Base salary contingent on experience, ranging roughly $65,000-95,000
