Job Description

  • Supervise daily on-site activities of field labor and subcontractors.
  • Support Project Manager with project alignment to budget, schedule, and quality standards.
  • Conduct quality inspections and enforce safety protocols.
  • Ensure contract compliance and inspect subcontractor work.
  • Coordinate site logistics and manage short-term scheduling.
  • Prepare daily reports on project progress and site conditions.
  • Maintain positive relationships with clients, owners, and project partners.

The Successful Applicant

  • 2+ years of multifamily construction experience
  • Strong knowledge of MEP & FP, and mission critical systems
  • Efficient in MS Project, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Outlook.
  • Strong communiction skills
