Job Description

  • Assist in planning and managing multifamily construction projects from start to finish.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure projects meet deadlines and budgets.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Maintain project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations on all projects.
  • Support the resolution of any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process.
  • Conduct site visits to assess progress and quality of work.
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
