Job Description

    • Maintain project schedules by coordinating construction activities to ensure builds stay on time.
    • Manage construction budgets and monitor spending to keep projects within financial targets.
    • Oversee on‑site quality control to ensure all work meets required standards and expectations.
    • Guide projects through planning and approval processes by coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
    • Support project readiness by identifying and addressing construction‑related risks early in the process.
    • Collaborate with development partners and consultants to align construction execution with broader project goals.
    • Ensure each project is properly scaled and aligned with community needs, avoiding over‑design or over‑building.
    • Assess market‑driven requirements to match construction outcomes with product demand.
    • Adapt construction planning based on unique financial structures and partner requirements for each investment.
    • Participate in concept‑to‑completion project guidance, ensuring the construction phase supports the overall investment strategy.
    • Work within a team‑oriented project model by coordinating with specialists chosen for each location and property type.
