Job Description

  • Develop and manage preconstruction schedules, budgets, and plans for multifamily construction projects.
  • Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Review and analyze project documents to provide accurate cost estimates and value engineering suggestions.
  • Lead the preparation of bid packages, proposals, and presentations for clients.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless handoff from preconstruction to construction phases.
  • Monitor market trends and material costs to provide accurate pricing and recommendations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and industry partners.
