Multifamily Construction Project Manager

• Manage all aspects of multifamily construction projects from start to finish.
• Develop and oversee project schedules to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to meet project objectives.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Monitor project budgets and control costs effectively.
• Communicate project progress and updates with stakeholders.
• Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during construction.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
