Multifamily Construction Superintendent

• Oversee all stages of multifamily construction projects from inception to completion.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Coordinate and supervise the work of subcontractors and crews.
• Maintain a safe and compliant job site at all times.
• Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues promptly.
• Liaise with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure project requirements are met.
• Manage project documentation including contracts, permits, and reports.
• Implement and uphold company policies and industry regulations.
