Job Description



  • Site Supervision: Serve as the on-site leader for a ground-up midrise multifamily project, from sitework through vertical construction to close-out.


  • Team Leadership: Coordinate all phases of construction with project management, subcontractors, inspectors, and vendors.


  • Schedule Management: Ensure schedule adherence, quality control, safety compliance, and budget management.


  • Documentation: Lead daily site meetings, maintain logs, and communicate progress to project stakeholders.


  • Quality Control: Problem-solve in real time and drive the project forward with a proactive, hands-on approach.

The Successful Applicant

To thrive in this role, you must be someone who has:



  • End-to-end experience managing ground-up construction projects-including sitework-not just interiors or fit-outs.


  • Proven track record in multifamily and/or senior living midrise projects (5-8 stories ideal).


  • A grounded, team-first attitude with genuine interest in joining a company for the long haul, not just for a paycheck.


  • Strong technical knowledge of building systems, field operations, and sequencing.


  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of managing field crews and subcontractors effectively.
