Multifamily DOB Superintendent

• Oversee day-to-day construction site operations, ensuring all activities align with project timelines and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with Department of Buildings (DOB) regulations and other relevant codes for multifamily projects.
• Lead and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and project teams to achieve project goals.
• Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality control and safety standards.
• Collaborate with project managers to address and resolve any on-site challenges.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, reports, and budgets.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project progress.
• Monitor and manage resources to optimize productivity and minimize delays.
