Job Description

  • Oversee all phases of multifamily construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel to maintain project efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.
  • Review project plans, specifications, and schedules to ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
  • Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
  • Proactively identify and resolve potential challenges to minimize delays or cost overruns.
