Job Description

Office-based position, overseeing Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers
Review and approve change orders, RFIs, and submittals
Create the master schedule and ensure deadlines are met
Lead weekly OAC meetings alongside the Superintendent or Project Executive
Manage client relationships
Forecast for upcoming projects

The Successful Applicant

7+ years of experience as a Project Manager (multifamily, general contracting, ground-up experience required)
Experience working on projects over $25M (required)
Wood frame ground-up experience (required)
Experience creating 3-6 week look ahead
Familiarity with construction management software
Strong leadership qualities
Strong negotiation skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
MUST HAVE 7+ YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN MULTIFAMILY BUILDS
