Job Description



  • Project Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of the project from site prep and ground-breaking to final turnover


  • Quality Control: Work on-site daily to monitor construction activities, resolve field issues, and maintain quality control


  • Budget Oversight: Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure alignment with project timelines and budgets


  • Schedule Management: Maintain and update construction schedules, budgets, and reports. Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and procurement


  • Team Leadership: Participate in jobsite meetings and provide regular updates to senior leadership


  • Safety Compliance: Ensure site safety and compliance with all local and OSHA regulations

The Successful Applicant



  • 5-10+ years of construction experience with a strong track record in wood frame multifamily ground-up projects (ideally 150+ units)


  • A hybrid background in both project management and field supervision is strongly preferred


  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects from site development through completion


  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak confidently with subcontractors and field teams


  • Experience with project scheduling, budgeting, and construction documentation


  • Developer/GC experience is ideal, but candidates with strong relevant project experience will also be considered


  • Assistant Project Managers with strong field and multifamily experience are encouraged to apply
