Multifamily Project Manager

• Manage all aspects of multifamily construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Oversee project budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented without compromising quality.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company standards.
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and address any concerns.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation and reports.
• Lead project teams to achieve goals and foster a collaborative work environment.
