Job Description

  • Manage multiple multifamily renovation projects simultaneously.
  • Oversee CapEx improvements including siding, roofing, and exterior work.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and represent the company professionally.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Multifamily Renovations - Project Manager should have:

  • 5+ years of experience in construction project management.
  • Proven background in multifamily renovations and CapEx projects.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Professional demeanor with excellent communication skills.
