MultiFamily Senior Project Manager

• Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project alignment with goals.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion.
• Oversee procurement processes, including selecting and managing vendors and contractors.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and management.
• Lead and mentor project team members to achieve project objectives.
