Job Description



  • Lead all on-site construction activities for large-scale, ground-up multifamily projects exceeding $80M.


  • Manage and coordinate field operations, subcontractors, and schedules to ensure project milestones are met.


  • Drive daily jobsite logistics, quality assurance, and safety programs with precision and accountability.


  • Partner closely with Project Managers, Owners, and Design Teams to proactively identify and resolve challenges.


  • Champion company safety standards, enforcing compliance and fostering a culture of zero incidents.


  • Mentor and guide Assistant Superintendents and field staff, building strong, high-performing teams.


  • Oversee all phases of construction from site prep through turnover, ensuring superior quality and client satisfaction.


  • Maintain full responsibility for schedule adherence, cost control, and delivery excellence.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate is a veteran Senior Superintendent with 10+ years of leadership experience on large-scale, ground-up multifamily projects valued at $80M or more. You have a deep understanding of structural systems, building envelopes, and complex MEP coordination, paired with exceptional planning and problem-solving skills. You lead by example, communicate clearly, and know how to motivate teams toward shared success. A track record of delivering high-density podium or high-rise residential projects safely, on time, and to specification is essential. Proficiency with scheduling software (Primavera P6 or similar) and strong safety credentials are highly desirable.
