You have a deep understanding of structural systems, building envelopes, and complex MEP coordination, paired with exceptional planning and problem-solving skills. You lead by example, communicate clearly, and know how to motivate teams toward shared success. A track record of delivering high-density podium or high-rise residential projects safely, on time, and to specification is essential.
