Description

  • Provide leadership and manage multiple projects from start to finish
  • Build and maintain relationships with local contractors and vendors
  • Establish project schedule and ensure that project is completed on time and maintains profitability.
  • Provide leadership in contract negotiations and buy out process
  • Provide overall leadership to entire project team
  • Build and maintain rapport with architects, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Understand and administer contract and subcontract agreements.
  • Establish, communicate, and implement the Project Schedule
  • Manage budget and financial reporting

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of experience minimum
  • Experience in multi-family housing - interest in continuing working with MF
  • Proficient communication skills both written and verbal
  • High school diploma required, four-year degree from an accredited university within the construction, engineering, or business concentrations strongly preferred
  • Mastery of building processes and best practices
  • Ability to organize necessary resources, including people, tools and time to meet tight deadlines and achieve desired results
  • Project lead experience preferred Previous experience in a superintendent or project lead experience preferred
  • OSHA 30 Certification preferred
