Job Description

  • Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities for multifamily projects.
  • Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
  • Manage subcontractors and on-site staff to maintain productivity and quality standards.
  • Monitor project schedules and budgets, addressing potential delays or cost overruns promptly.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work meets established standards and guidelines.
  • Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate and timely project documentation, including daily reports and progress updates.
  • Identify and resolve issues that arise during construction to keep the project on track.
