Job Description

As the Lead Superintendent, you will drive field operations and ensure successful project delivery, typically reporting to a Project Executive.

  • Lead onsite construction activities for ground‑up multifamily projects in the $25M-$30M range
  • Manage schedules, subcontractors, inspections, and quality control
  • Oversee site safety and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate closely with project management teams to maintain budget and timelines
  • Interpret drawings, specifications, and technical details with precision
  • Build strong relationships with owners, consultants, and trade partners
  • Deliver projects that meet high expectations for craftsmanship and design intent

The Successful Applicant

For the Lead Superintendent we are seeking:

  • Experience overseeing multifamily or mixed-use projects of similar size and complexity
  • Strong tenure with reputable, regionally focused GCs
  • Proven ability to manage all field operations from start to finish
  • Scheduling software experience (MS Project ideal; P6 or similar also acceptable)
  • Familiarity with Procore preferred
  • Ability to mentor teams and represent the GC professionally onsite
  • Degree is appreciated but not required for superintendent‑level candidates
