Based in the heart of Dallas, this company has a reputation for high-quality construction and exceptional customer service.Job DescriptionBuild and maintain a strong team culture on-site.Communicate clearly and constructively with all project stakeholders; document key conversations.Support the PM with Owner/Architect/Contractor (OAC) meetings.Flag any cost or schedule issues to the PM immediately.Monitor safety, schedule, quality, and code compliance to ensure the project meets expectations.Create and manage a material delivery plan to meet project timelines.Build and maintain a full jobsite schedule with input from the General Superintendent; communicate schedule expectations to the field team.Lead weekly field meetings covering look-ahead schedules, safety, SWPPP, RFIs, submittals, coordination, and quality topics.Conduct a full plan review before vertical construction begins-covering Fair Housing, code, constructability, long lead items, jurisdictional requirements, egress, dimensions, MEP conflicts, and quality. Document all deviations via RFIs.Manage RFIs from start to close.Oversee submittal review and approvals.Delegate tasks to the field team to meet schedule, safety, quality, and budget goals.
