As we grow, we're seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead the on-site execution of new ground-up multifamily projects.Job DescriptionManage and coordinate all on-site construction activities for ground-up multifamily projects.Direct subcontractors and ensure all work is performed according to plans, specifications, and local codes.Develop and maintain short-term schedules, monitor progress, and adjust as needed to meet deadlines.Enforce safety regulations and promote a culture of jobsite safety and cleanliness.Conduct daily jobsite walks and inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to construction documents.Collaborate closely with the Project Manager, architects, engineers, and inspectors.Maintain daily logs, site reports, and documentation of field activities and progress.Manage site logistics, deliveries, and material storage.Identify and resolve field issues proactively to avoid schedule or budget impacts.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
