Job Description

  • Oversee and manage multifamily construction projects from start to finish.
  • Coordinate with project managers and other construction professionals.
  • Implement safety regulations on site and ensure compliance.
  • Supervise construction personnel and provide constructive feedback.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Maintain open communication with clients and stakeholders about project progress.
  • Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise during the construction process.
  • Strive for continuous improvement in construction processes and techniques.
