Description
As the Lead Superintendent, you will be responsible for:
- Managing all site work, underground utilities and pouring of foundations
- Driving the project schedule and ensuring each Trade carries out their work according to their contract
- Reviewing blue prints and making sure the project is meeting both quality and time deadlines
- Ensuring the project keeps to its assigned budget
- Mentoring and developing Assistants
- Creating daily, weekly and monthly reports in ProCore
- Managing any change orders, RFIs and submittals
The Successful Applicant
To be considered, you must have the following:
- Experience in ground up multifamily garden and wrap style projects as a Lead Superintendent
- Strong ProCore skills
- Experience in mentoring and developing Assistants
- Be based in Nashville, TN
