They are deeply committed to developing their team members, promoting from within, and creating a company culture centered on collaboration, integrity, and career growth.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities - Multifamily SuperintendentLead and manage daily field operations on ground‑up multifamily construction projects, including wood‑frame, podium, and mixed‑use developmentsOversee subcontractors, trades, and field staff to maintain project schedules, productivity, and quality controlConduct daily jobsite walks, unit inspections, progress documentation, and safety checksRun on‑site meetings with project managers, developers, inspectors, architects, and ownership teamsMaintain an organized, professional jobsite that meets company and OSHA safety standardsIdentify, troubleshoot, and resolve field issues quickly to ensure on‑time, on‑budget deliveryInterpret construction drawings, specifications, and sequencing related to multifamily MEP, building envelope, and interior finishesOversee material delivery tracking, staging, and unit‑by‑unit turnover sequencingEnforce the company's safety program, conduct toolbox talks, and implement safe work practicesSupport project closeout activities including punch lists, QA/QC, and unit turnover preparationMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
