Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • On‑site leadership of day‑to‑day construction activities
  • Manage subcontractors, schedules, safety compliance, and inspections
  • Oversee quality control throughout all phases of the project
  • Coordinate with project management and ownership groups
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
